Membership of ESN will be open to European Research Centres involved in sensory research. Organisations participating as members will aprove applications for membership based on their merits and the ability of the research centre involved to carry out basic research and to transfer the technology to the food industry.
ESN-Industry Network Partnership is open to all interested companies whose scope of activity is in line with the objectives of the sensory experts working together within the ESN - among these the improvement of products by promoting the application of practical sensory analysis and working towards an agreement on methods and approaches.
